On this night I come across 2 NYPD cops in a black tinted car that pull over and search to men without a warrant or probably cause violating their Constitutional rights.

The corrupt cops bent up their rear license plate and did not display their badges which is a clear indication that they planned on violating the rights of innocent people in order to meet NYPD's illegal arrest quota.

Each year hundreds of thousands of minority men are targeted by the NYPD to be either extorted out of money in court or taken to corporate owned prisons where they are put to work as the corporations charges tax payers $50,000 a year per inmate.

With incarceration being this profitable and ruthless organized crime syndicates like the NYPD eager to violate the rights of innocent people to fill prisons, it's no wonder there are 2.2 million Americans behind bars making the U.S the incarceration capital of the world.

The reason why New York has such strict gun laws is so the population is forced to be dependent on the corrupt NYPD and can't ever rise up against the extortion, exploitation and abuse of power. Gun laws don't keep you safe, they make you vulnerable to criminals that don't follow laws .. including the police.

NYPD Cops caught Hunting citizens during Thanksgiving Holiday !

On the day before Thanksgiving I spot 3 NYPD officers violating the 4th amendment right of 2 Latino females in a SUV. The officers wasted no time looking for their next victim as they stared down 2 black teens which were walking across the parking lot. I then decided to follow these wolves in sheep's clothing since their motives were now clear to me ... they were hunting !

Not even 60 seconds after they leave the 2 Latino females they pull over a vehicle and conduct another illegal search in hopes of making an arrest. The cops use the excuse that the vehicle's muffler is too loud for making the stop. Once again the officer's illegal search turns up nothing but they still issued the passenger a summons for having a small amount of liquor in a clear plastic cup.

Meanwhile across the street their is a NYPD van that had stopped a silver BMW for a lengthy amount of time which was later released with no arrest. After I interviewed the 2 men that were well aware that the NYPD is nothing more than an extortionist crime syndicate, I drove a few blocks and came across the very same 3 officers searching and ultimately arresting a black male at the corner of Gun Hill Road and Boston Road.

I took a short-cut back to the 47 precinct ahead of the cops that were using lights and sirens to run red lights. At the precinct I watched as the man was led in the front door where a nightmarish night of enslavement awaited him. He will awake on Thanksgiving day a prisoner of the NYPD as I had already foreseen by the events which had occurred just moments ago.

The man was soon placed in a cage where he will wait hours until he is shuttled off to criminal court where a judge will inform him how much he has to pay to regain his freedom. I then returned to the front of the 47 precinct where the same NYPD van I had seen earlier had also returned with a hostage to go towards their monthly arrest quota as well as generate revenue for this corrupt criminal enterprise which masquerades as the people's protectors.

If this video doesn't expose the private protection monopoly known as the NYPD, I am confident that nothing will.

NYPD Cops using "Operation Safe Cab" to meet Quotas !

NYPD cops stop a taxi cab and search the passenger supposedly for the driver's safety, after finding nothing they give the man a summons to appear in criminal court to meet their quota and raise revenue for the corrupt criminal justice system.

This daily and constant ticketing by the NYPD has led to increased crime, depression and domestic violence from the financial strain this extortion has on communities with high rates of unemployment struggling to survive.

When there is no victim or injured party, no one should have to pay criminal courts for forgiveness.

 The police in New York City are not here to protect you if you are a minority or poor, they are nothing more than roving thugs looking to bring in money for the corrupt justice system.

At a BP (British Petroleum) gas station in Queens I noticed a group of NYPD cops had organized a scheme to allow fellow conspirators to bypass a 4 hour wait to buy gas during an artificial fuel shortage. I observed one officer use his flash light to signal waiting cars across the street to pull in as he looked around to see if anyone was on to him.

Little did these "officers of the law" know that nothing escapes the watchful eyes of Nycresistance ... absolutely NOTHING !

NEW YORK — An NYPD officer who plotted to kidnap, cook and eat women was arrested by federal authorities Wednesday, according to court documents.
Gilberto Valle, 28, of Forest Hills, who's an officer at Morningside Heights' 26th Precinct, was arrested after a three-month FBI investigation into the horrifying plot. He had a computerized list of 100 women he knew, including a photograph of each one, along with their address and a physical description, according to court documents. The six-year veteran of the police force then used federal and state law enforcement databases to track down more information about his potential victims and started staking out their homes and businesses, documents said. Investigators have interviewed 10 of the women and all confirmed they know Valle.
Investigators uncovered emails and instant messages with Valle "discussing plans to kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat body parts of a number of women," according to the complaint filed in Manhattan Federal Court. The complaint also contained chilling conversations obtained by investigators.
"I love that she is asleep right now not having the slightest clue of what we have planned," Valle allegedly told a co-conspirator in a July 9 instant message. "Her days are numbered. I'm glad you're on board. She does look tasty, doesn't she?"
The same co-conspirator, who is cooperating with the investigation and has not been identified, also asked Valle how big his oven was.
"Big enough to fit one of these girls if I folded their legs," Valle replied in an instant message the same day, according to the federal complaint. "I was thinking of tying her body onto some kind of apparatus…cook her over a low heat, keep her alive as long as possible."
The allegations "shock the conscience," US Attorney Preet Bharara said in a statement. "This case is all the more disturbing when you consider Valle’s position as a New York City Police officer and his sworn duty to serve and protect. Our investigation is ongoing."
FBI Acting Assistant Director in Charge Mary E. Galligan said, “It would be an understatement merely to say Valle’s own words and actions were shocking."
Outside her Queens home, Valle's mother told DNAinfo.com New York, "I don't want to speak with you. I need to find out what happened to my son."
Valle's colleagues at the 26th Precinct said they were "stunned" by the allegations and described him as "just an average officer, nothing remarkable in either direction."
Valle's neighbors were also shocked.


 Rafael Marichal, 33, the handyman in Valle's building, said Valle was married and recently had a baby girl.

"I'm very surprised," Marichal said. "He looked very nice. He doesn't look crazy."

Valle planned to knock out the victims with homemade chloroform, using a recipe he found online, he told his co-conspirator, according to the complaint.
"The abduction will have to be flawless," Valle said, according to documents. "I can just show up at her home unannounced, it will not alert her, and I can knock her out, wait until dark and kidnap her right out of her home."
On July 22, Valle traveled to Maryland to have lunch with one of his potential targets, identified in documents as "Victim-1."
On his computer, he had a document titled "Abducting and Cooking [Victim-1]: a Blueprint," containing information including her name, date of birth, height, weight and bra size, authorities said.
Valle is also accused of offering in February to kidnap another woman, described as "Victim-2," an acquaintance of Valle's, and deliver her to another co-conspirator for a fee of $5,000, court documents say.
"It is going to be so hard to restrain myself when I knock her out, but I am aspiring to be a professional kidnapper and that's business," Valle said in a Feb. 28 online message to the second co-conspirator, according to documents. "But I will really get off on knocking her out, tying up her hands and bare feet and gagging her. Then she will be stuffed into a large piece of luggage and wheeled out to my van."
Valle expressed some concern about getting caught.
"This is very risky and will ruin my life if I am caught," Valle said online Feb. 28.
Valle was arrested at his home about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. He was charged with conspiracy to kidnap and accessing a computer without authorization. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.

Undercover NYPD cops bend up their license plates so they can hunt minorities like modern day Ku Klux Klan prowling the Bronx streets they have declared high crime areas so they can circumvent the Constitutional rights of minorities and the poor under the false guise of keeping people safe.

 After stopping a taxi and searching the passenger they come across a black Lexus where the driver is taken down hard hard and kneed in the back repeatedly. The undercover cops then spend the next half hour searching the car and young men over and over again looking for a reason to justify the arrest which they seem to never find.

Bronx DA refuses to prosecute bogus arrest resulting from Stop & Frisk !

 Bronx DA Robert Johnson's office will no longer allow cops to simply submit paperwork explaining the arrests — which often are the result of stop-and-frisks — and instead is demanding a face-to-face meetings with his assistant district attorneys. This will deter NYPD cops from arresting innocent minorities in order to meet their quotas under penalty of committing perjury.

I suppose NYPD officers will have to look for real crime to meet their illegal quotas instead of arresting innocent children that forgot their I.D's when going to visit their friends and family. My hat is off to Bronx DA Robert Johnson for taking a stand against the unconstitutional and racist Stop and Frisk practice that has been destroying the lives of young men throughout New York City.

Police Terrorize 10 year old boy and his brother !

Undercover NYPD officers stop and frisk a 10 year old boy and his brother as they enter their building. The officers rifle through the children's clothing looking for a reason to handcuff and jail them but find nothing in this unconstitutional search. They are forced to return the boy's keys as they scurry off to hunt for other unsuspecting children.

Based upon my own childhood experiences of being stopped and frisk by corrupt quota driven NYPD cops, these 2 children most likely spent the rest of their day pondering why they were treated like criminals by the very people that are supposed to be keeping them safe.

I now know that it is because the NYPD is a predatory and covertly racist organization that primarily targets young men of color including children to both incarcerate and psychological condition them for a life of crime from an early age. This experience will undoubtedly bring negative thoughts into the minds of these 2 young boys that would have never occurred were they not treated like criminals for no reason on this day.

This is how young people are mentally conditioned to chose a life of crime over a productive life as a law abiding citizen. NYPD's discriminatory practice steers youths into what you see manifest itself  on the nightly news ever night, it is the result of constant abuse done in the name of keeping people and children safe.

 On this night I trail an unmarked NYPD car driving with no lights through the streets of Harlem looking for another citizen to add to the prison population. On a dark quiet street they finally come across a 48 year resident who soon becomes a victim of NYPD's stop and frisk policy.

I come across what I thought was about to be a Stop and Frisk but turned out to be a secret meeting between a group of NYPD cops and a Latino male with an assault rifle.

NYPD cop body slams teen for responding to sexual stimulus !!!

Teen jumps to his toes when a NYPD cop revisits his genital area for the second time while groping his buttocks. The teen never removes his hands from the walls and does not attempt to run but is thrown to the ground twice. The teen is heard telling the officer that he touched his butt causing him to jump but that did not stop the officer from hauling him off to jail.

The clumsy NYPD cop drops his badge on the ground as onlookers record and ask him his name and command which he never gives to them. Citizens are now recording the all police interactions as the NYPD has now recognized as a criminal organization that preys on citizens, especially young men of color as shown.

 The police have proven time and time again that they are not here to protect and serve citizens or their children.  This is the fate that befalls any unarmed population and the main reason why free people should never give up their right to bear arms.

Michael Moore tells British minion Piers Morgan that the American people should be disarmed and left at the mercy of this war mongering banker hi-jacked Government. NYPD Cop arrested for trading stolen guns for Drugs !!!

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly have been trying to justify Stop & Frisk by claiming it gets illegal guns purchased out of state off the streets. They have also been feverishly trying to get Congress to pass stricter gun laws that would make it almost impossible for American citizens to purchase firearms to defend themselves.

Bloomberg and Kelly are going to have to find another way to justify Constitutional rights violations under their Stop and Frisk policy and a blatant attack on the 2nd amendment by continually calling for new gun laws in the wake of this NYPD officer's arrest. There is no telling how many guns Officer Mina sold to criminals over his 6 years as a corrupt NYPD police cop or how many injuries or murders those guns are linked to.

We can not trust a Mayor and a Police commissioner that are only interested in mass ticketing and arrest to generate revenue most of which are obtained as a result of 4th amendment right violations. I highly doubt we will not get an immediate press conference from Kelly and Bloomberg as they often give when a cop is shot because it does not serve their gun control / gun ban agenda.

They are only interested in publicizing shootings when it serves to help them in getting new laws passed that restrict the Constitution. Now that we have discovered the source of  these illegal guns let's see how long it takes this usurping Mayor and his lackey Kelly to give statements to the press.

I urge all Americans not to give up their liberty and freedom granted them by the United States Constitution, any who try to alter it are tyrants that wish to enslave you.

Cops Taser man repeatedly for not giving them I.D.

A Florida man was repeatedly tased by police officers and arrested for refusing to identify himself, but instead of apologizing, the Casselberry Police Department insisted it would use footage of the incident for training purposes.

The video begins with police accusing Zikomo Peurifoy of jaywalking before they demand to see his identification.

The officer is asked by Peurifoy what statute requires that he show his ID, to which he responds, “Give me your ID or you’re going to go to jail.”

When Peurifoy refuses, two officers grab him while the man warns he will press charges for assault because he has committed no crime. Requests for a supervisor to be called are ignored.

After cops attempt to handcuff Peurifoy, he resists before a taser is used repeatedly while Peurifoy yells, “You are assaulting me.

”

Peurifoy still manages to escape the clutches of police before he is repeatedly tased again before he finally falls to the ground and is arrested.

Far from apologizing for the incident, which appears to clearly show cops over-reacting, the Casselberry Police Department defended the actions of police and told WFTV, “That their officers followed policy so well that they’re going to use the video for training.”

Peurifoy faces charges of “resisting with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer,” despite the fact that the video shows Peurifoy did not attack any of the officers at any point during the confrontation.

In order to detain an person and demand their ID, police need to have reasonable suspicion that criminal activity is taking place.

Aside from the dubious contention that Peurifoy was mandated to show his ID because of alleged jaywalking, this video seems to speak more to the fact that police now believe citizens are legally required to follow their every order.

This myth crops up again and again when citizens are told by law enforcement that that filming police officers is illegal, when a 2011 First Circuit Court of Appeals decision confirmed that it is not.

Despite the law saying that recording police officers on duty is a First Amendment right, numerous incidents have occurred where citizens are intimidated and arrested for doing so, arising out of the false premise that failing to obey an order from a police officer, despite that command being unlawful, is itself a crime.

NYPD cops caught ambushing young teens in Manhattan !!!

On this night I record 3 unmarked NYPD cars ambushing young teens in the Harlem section of Manhattan. Mayor Michael Bloomberg claims Stop and Frisk is saving lives and getting guns off the street when almost none of the people stopped are carrying anything illegal.

The experience of being stopped and frisked by police that disregard the Constitution whenever possible leaves the victims permanently traumatized and mentally scarred for life with a seething hatred for police that are often rude, abusive and physically aggressive during these humiliating encounter.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Commissioner Raymond Kelly are liars and could care less about the people that fall victim to their racist practice that targets minority neighborhoods on purpose. When white citizens attempt to report a violent crimes they are often told not to file the report or the crime is downgraded to make crime appear lower in that particular neighborhood.

NYPD Detective Allegedly Ran With Long Island Burglary Crew

MANHATTAN — A veteran NYPD Special Victims detective is being investigated by the FBI for allegedly being part a crew of burglars suspected in a string of Long Island break-ins, DNAinfo.com New York has learned.

 Detective Rafael "Ray" Astacio, 40, was allegedly caught red-handed with three accomplices rifling a Suffolk County home. He was caught by a task force of cops from Nassau and Suffolk counties, along with federal agents who had been trailing the alleged burglars, according to sources and court records.

 Sources told “On The Inside” that Astacio and his crew had been under investigation for “quite a while.” Authorities had bugged their phones, and are currently checking if the crew could be responsible for heists within the city as well as others on Long Island.

“They have been after this ring for a long time,” one law enforcment source said. “There is a list of crimes. These guys were prolific. You don’t wiretap burglars unless there is a mountain of cases.

 Astacio, a 14-year veteran, joined the NYPD Special Victims Division in Manhattan a few years ago after serving in the department’s Vice Squad for several years. The FBI is focused on that tour of duty, taking a hard look at his old cases to determine if he committed any on-duty corrupton when  investigating gamblers, prostitutes and fraudsters.

Among the cases he cracked while in SVU, Astacio helped arrest a Queens man charged with raping a drunk woman he kidnapped from Club Marquee in Chelsea.

He was also a mainstay on the NYPD's baseball team for years.
According to sources, Astascio was recently re-assigned within the Special Victims Division to the non-investigative Sex Offenders Monitoring Unit, which keeps an eye on ex-cons on the state’s registry.

The transfer occurred after Astacio became the subject of an NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau inquiry that probed whether he lied in several criminal cases not related to the burglary probe.

A spokesman for the FBI declined comment, as did a spokesman for Nassau DA Kathleen Rice.  Astacio's lawyer did not return a call seeking comment.

According to his criminal court complaint, Astacio and his confederates allegedly broke through the rear door of an Oxford Street home in Lindenhurst on June 3 and were caught allegedly grabbing jewelry in the house.

At the time the homeowner, Anastasios Matheos, was attending a Sunday religious service with his family, Matheos told "On The Inside."

“That’s what I get for going to church,” he said.
Matheos said police told him the quartet of thieves was literally caught in the act.  “I think they were being followed by police,” he said.

He was correct.  The probe was being run out of the Nassau County District Attorney’s office for months, sources said.

Astascio was charged with burglary in the second degree and was released on $2,500 bail.
He is due back in court in August.

His alleged accomplices — Michael Brown, 24, Paul Adams 46, and Joseph Alacqua, 31 —  are slated to appear in court in October.

Brown was freed on $100,000 bond. Adams did not post $25,000 and was held in jail. Alacqua, from Ozone Park, Queens, had previously done a drug-related three-year stint in state prison. He was released on $50,000 bail.

Gay NYPD cop arrested for sexually assaulting young boy !!! .. Huge Stop & Frisk Lover !

 A gay NYPD cop that worked at the  46th precinct in the Bronx was arrested for sexually assaulting a 16 year old boy on numerous occasions. I am sure this officer was a big supporter of the departments Stop and Frisk program that often targets teenage boys.

This ex-officer made $53,000 a year and collected over $7,000 in overtime in 2010 by putting people in prison. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $35,000 bond. He gave the courts their cash and has been set free back into society.

I began recording and documenting NYPD Stop & Frisk here in New York back in 2008

Mayor Michael Bloomberg tries to get Black Church to support Stop and Frisk !

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg reading from his prepared speech tells the congregation of a Brownsville Brooklyn Church that stop and frisk is for their own good. Mayor Bloomberg goes on to say that people are not getting stopped because of their race but because crime is high in their neighborhoods.

The thing that make Bloomberg's altruistic claim hard to believe is that multiply citizens and former NYPD police officers have come forward to say that when they tried to file crime reports consisting of violent attacks and robberies, they were either ignored, persuaded not to report the incident or the offense was downgraded to make crime appear to be lower than it really is in certain neighborhoods .. mainly non-minority areas.

This way certain neighborhoods would not be subject to the Stop and Frisk policy that is mainly enforced in minority neighborhoods with blacks and Latinos making up more than 85% of people stopped and frisked by police.

Beware : It's NYPD Hunting Season !

The end of the school year spells the opening of hunting season for the NYPD and they are wasting no time in rounding up young men to fill corporate owned prisons. If you have broken no law, the best thing you can do is hand over your paper work and shut your mouth. NYPD officers have a monthly quota and every question they ask you is to help them meet their ticket and arrest quota.

Police look for any excuse to haul young men off to jail because according to whistle blower NYPD officer Adil Polanco, their job is not to protect and serve but to write tickets and make arrest for their monthly quota. I would have not even posted this video had the officers made an immediate arrest, but the prolonged questioning seemed very suspicious to me as I myself have been bombarded with a slew of irreverent question on multiple occasions by wide eyed cops desperate to make an arrest.

When I am stopped now by police all they get from me is a hello and my paper work, nothing more nothing less because now I know why they try to laugh and joke with people as they try to ensnare them with casual chit chat and questioning. With a predatory police force masquerading as our saviors it is no wonder we have 7.1 million people in jail or under correctional supervision. Our tax dollars are going towards our own enslavement and eventually our deaths, wake up and take action or you and your children have no future !

Police Stop and Frisk rap artist St.Laz Again !

2 undercover NYPD officers stop and frisk rap artist St.Laz as he left a relative's building with his friend and music partner Opium. When they asked the officers the reason for the stop the officers became very hostile and belligerent towards them. A uniformed officer that wrote down their personal information and address gave a vague reason to why they had been stopped, frisked and their information taken down.

The uniformed officer said they had a "job" there but gave no exact reason for stopping the young men such as having a description a victim may have given to the 911 operator. Former Governor David Patterson passed a law that outlawed police taking the personal information of people that are not arrested, but in this video you can clearly hear the officer ask one of the young men for his address in direct violation of this law.

We have a serious problem with the NYPD hunting minority men and the poor on a daily basis and looking for and in some cases creating reasons to add them to the prison industrial complex.

News journalist Fareed Zakaria from CNN goes in depth to show viewers how much the American government as well as private corporations spend building prisons apposed to schools.

He goes on to say that our elected officials have been bought out by lobbyist. They want the politicians to pave the way for more prisons by passing more laws of enslavement to insure a steady flow of inmates. NYPD using " Clean Halls Program " to expand their Stop and Frisk Program to fill Prisons !

Civil rights advocacy groups filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the New York City Police Department over a controversial program that allows officers to patrol private apartment buildings.

The suit, submitted by the New York Civil Liberties Union, Latino Justice Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, as well as lawyers with the Bronx Defenders, allege the department's "Clean Halls" program has violated the constitutional rights of thousands of New Yorkers, especially in minority groups.

They say 94 percent of people arrested under the program are black or Latino.

The group says tenants and their guests in "Clean Halls" buildings across the city fear frequent and unwarranted stop-and-frisk arrests.

They say some tenants are afraid to leave their apartments just to get their mail, take out the trash or go to the store without having ID on them.

NYPD is using their Clean Halls Program to go into private buildings and basically expand their Stop and Frisk program from off the streets and into your buildings. The NYPD are a bunch of deceptive criminals that will use any excuse to violate the Constitutional rights of people to get them into criminal courts to either pay tickets or do Prison time at the expense of tax payers.

The NYPD does the same thing with their taxi program in which they claim to be keeping cab drivers safe when they pull of taxi cabs and remove the passengers even after the driver tells them he is fine. The NYPD operate exactly like the government, promising you they are doing their best to help while working to destroy you financially and psychologically.

They are con artist that don't give a dam about your safety, they just want you in the courts paying them your money to be left alone until they stop you again. We are being preyed upon by armed criminals that have disarmed us so they can have their way with us. Everyone should invoke their second amendment right to bare arms and obtain a registered firearm to protect themselves.

A spoof website promised a free happy meal to people who are "stop and frisked" by the NYPD. Jerry Goralnick and Divad Durant created the site. Terry Malloy, the author of the "Three Strikes, You're In!" press release, told Business Insider that the parody initiative was launched to draw attention to the Stop-and-Frisk program and the innocent people that it targets. According to him, the parody turns the Stop-and-Frisk program "into a game with a delightful prize." The parody website mimics the banner from the official NYPD website and even includes the little NYC.gov logo in the upper left hand corner of its web browser tab.

Stop and Frisk leaves Bronx teen Dead in front of his Grandmother and little brother.

NYPD chased an unarmed teenager into his home and shot him dead in front of his Grandmother and 6 year old brother. The murdered teen's Grandmother was then questioned for 7 hours so the police could come up with a story to justify the shooting.

The news is already reporting that the teen "may" have had illegal drugs on him as though carrying drugs warrants an on the spot execution. The teen lived on 229th street right off White Plains Rd where I recorded NYPD officers randomly stopping young kids and subjecting them too stop and frisk. I gave this footage to Jim Hoffer for his Stop and Frisk investigation in which I was interviewed and gave testimony to what I have witnessed.

NYPD's racist Stop and Frisk policy to fill prisons has now cost an unarmed teen his life and a heart broken family their child.

On this day I observed 2 NYPD officers make a U-turn to Stop and Frisk two teens that were about to buy food from a local corner store. They were told they fit the description of a crime and had to be searched and have their information entered into the NYPD criminal data base. This is a common excuse NYPD cops give people when there is no probably cause or justification to conduct a Stop and Frisk and so 100's of thousands of New Yorkers are stopped and frisked for this reason.

Lies are constantly made up from smelling weed to fitting a description for the sole purpose of finding a reason to make an arrest to fill corporate owned prisons.
The Police commissioner is now offering people body scans to reduce the amounts of stop and frisk but what he fails to realize is that physical and technology based virtual searches are one in the same and illegal under the U.S. Constitution.

The Police Commissioner went on to say that terahertz radiation is natural and safe, this is essentially the same thing as saying that sunlight is safe so we can all look directly at the sun or water is safe so we can sniff it up our noses.
The human body can only be exposed to substances or energies at certain level and intensities or they can become deadly.

I believe the people that want to use Terahertz scanners on the streets of New York are well aware that they will cause tumor and cancer cases to spike over the years and this is the very purpose they are being introduced under the false guise of keeping us safe from guns and bombs.

1st Stop and Frisk of 2012

The incarceration of young minority and poor New Yorkers is far to profitable for the NYPD to abandon their Stop and Frisk program. The 4th amendment which is suppose to protect citizens against illegal search and seizure is ignored by the NYPD so they can keep prison cells filled and court house lines wrapped around the corner each morning.

The NYPD is the highest funded police department in the world and they keep demanding more and more tax payer dollars to fight the crime that they are creating by going after poor people with expensive tickets and summons they can not afford to pay.The NYPD has been proven themselves time and time again to be thieves, rapist, drug dealer, gun runners, pimps, murderers, and ruthless thugs.

There is no crime that NYPD officers have not been caught engaging in but they demand money and compliance from a population that has been stripped of their Constitutional rights. Without the right to bare arms and protects one's self and family, the people are now dependent on the police that are extorting them through intimidation and brute force. For decades blacks and Latinos have been the primary victims of the NYPD's incarceration scheme, but now when the economy has totally begun to collapse ... everyone has become fair game.

The money they extract from the poor is used to buy more cameras, license plate readers, high powered weapons, build fusion centers and detention camps while mentally militarizing the police against the People. This is just the beginning as poverty stricken neighborhoods are bombarded with traffic tickets, summons and men kidnapped and held in jail until ransom or bail can be paid.

All this in the height of an economic depression is guaranteed to reach a boiling point. Society has become a powder keg waiting to blow and NYPD is ready and waiting with plastic handcuffs and detention centers to jail all those that break down under this extreme totalitarian oppression.
