Older man falls victim to NYPD's Stop and Frisk policy !
On this night I trail an unmarked NYPD car driving with no lights through the streets of Harlem looking for another citizen to add to the prison population. On a dark quiet street they finally come across a 48 year resident who soon becomes a victim of NYPD's stop and frisk policy.

This stop and frisk is goin all ovr the country even n south with whites gettin searched. its nt just big cities and minorities we need to wake up as a class n take bck our rights
