As President Obama uses the alleged assassination of Osama Bin Laden to divert attention away from his fake birth certificate and boost his approval rating, NYPD holds a Bronx neighborhood hostage as they stop and search anyone caught outside after dark.
There is an unofficial curfew in poor and middle class neighborhoods in New York City in which anyone caught breaking this curfew is subject to an prison style search and has his or her information written down for a computer data base loaded with the personal information of thousands of citizens that have broken no laws.
